1-Year Warranty Policy

At VSeeBox, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. All vSeeBox devices purchased directly from our website come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty to ensure your streaming experience remains smooth and worry-free.

 


 

What’s Covered:

  • This warranty covers manufacturer defects and functional issues under normal use for one year from the original purchase date.

  • If your device encounters a problem, contact our support team at info@vseeboxofficial.com. Our technicians will help diagnose the issue and determine the best course of action.

  • If a repair or replacement is needed, you can send the device to us. We will either repair or replace the unit at our discretion, free of charge within the warranty period.

 


 

What’s Not Covered:

  • This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or any issues caused by improper use or unauthorized modifications.

  • Accessories, packaging, and software updates are not included in the warranty coverage.


 

After the Warranty Period:

  • Even after your warranty expires, we’re still here to help. You may send your device to us for paid repair services.

  • While your unit is being repaired, we will provide a temporary account to ensure uninterrupted access to your VSeeBox service.
